At the KI-Garage demo day on January 27, ten emerging AI-based startups from Baden-Württemberg presented their innovations. With Semanux, we were awarded third place by the jury of experts.

Ramin pitching our vision of a more inclusive digital world.

It was a great pleasure for us to meet probably the best new AI startups from Baden-Württemberg in the accelerator and also to celebrate the end of the network accelerator program all together. For Semanux, Ramin was on stage presenting our innovative concept of making a business for the accessibility market. His highlight of the event was the extraordinary energy in the room as we presented our vision for using AI to improve lives and create an inclusive future:

"Presenting our innovative company at the KI-Garage Demo Day was a truly exciting experience. The enthusiastic response from the audience and the jury was a testament to the power of technology to bring people together." – Ramin

Congratulations from us to the teams of Celekohr and MAIWY, who were awarded first and second place. Celekohr aims to automate the transformation of building plans and creation of energy plans. Using artificial intelligence, they want to simplify the work of architects, designers and energy consultants. The wine startup MAIWY is developing artificial intelligence that digitizes the wine industry and helps winemakers detect and treat diseases early. Semanux is thus the only award-winning startup focusing on the accessibility market.

Out of twelve initial teams only ten have been invited to the demo day.

The demo day marked the end of our 14-week journey with KI-Garage. This event marked the successful conclusion of the network accelerator program, where we were able to participate with the other AI-based startups in valuable workshops and 1-on-1 sessions on business planning, entrepreneurship, and AI development. During the program, we had the opportunity to develop ourselves with the support of the KI-Garage team, gather new momentum and make many valuable contacts in the AI industry.

We would like to sincerely thank the Ki-Garage team for their support during the last weeks and the organization together with the Baden-Württemberg Stiftung as well as the expert jury consisting of Vanessa Cann, Axel Täubert, Dr. Corina Apachițe and Dr. Antje Lange-Stalinski for the appreciative award. Last but not least, we would like to thank all the other startups for the many interesting conversations and the supportive environment we all grew from.
