We'd like to present you with the updates to our help center from the past few months.

Our help center has now been on our website for about 20 months. A lot has happened since then. We'd like to show you the most important highlights.

Don't know what the help center is yet? In it, we explain what Semanux Access is, how to install it, how to get started, and how to become an expert later on. To access the help center, simply scroll all the way to the top of our website and click on Help Center. Or click on this link.

Currently, our help center looks like this:

It has quite a lot to offer:

  • Of course, you can start reading directly. Just follow the text. Everything you need to know about Semanux Access is described in easy-to-understand language.
  • At the end of each article, you'll find a link to the next article. This way, you can teach yourself step-by-step everything about Semanux Access, from beginner to expert topics.
  • Just reading is too boring for you? For the most important topics, like the Installation, we've prepared YouTube videos. You'll find these at the beginning of an article or at the start of a section in an article. The videos show you the key steps visually, and you can read the details in the text if needed.
  • Looking for tips on a specific topic? No problem! With the table of contents on the right, you can jump directly to the topics that interest you. We've made sure that individual articles are understandable on their own. If necessary, we link to the required background knowledge.
  • Directly above the table of contents, you'll find the search function. Use it to find things you can't locate in the table of contents or when you can't remember the exact name.
  • If you need it, there's also a PDF version of the help center. It's handy if you want to print the Semanux Access manual. Generally, though, we recommend reading the help center online. This way, you always have the latest information and can watch the videos, for example.
  • Couldn't find anything on a specific topic in our help center? Feel free to check out the Frequent Questions. And of course, you can always contact us with your questions.

Naturally, the help center, like our entire website, is completely available in German and English. As of today, it consists of about 50,000 words. Over time, we'll work on adding tips & tricks for more topics. So feel free to drop by from time to time!
