A quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 is a standardized framework that supports companies in systematically planning, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes to meet customer satisfaction and legal requirements. The standard is based on seven principles such as customer-oriented action, leadership responsibility, and risk-based thinking; it requires documented information, internal audits, and management reviews, without making industry-specific requirements. For Semanux, certification means transparent control of development and support processes – from requirements analysis to the maintenance of accessible software.
We have already been working according to these principles. Now we are pleased that DQS GmbH from Frankfurt a.M. has certified our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015. This is confirmation for us that the processes in our company are well structured and monitored.
