Semanux receives the "Digital Innovations" startup award
The startup competition of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection honors young startups with high market potential from Germany.
Today, 22 April 2024, Dr. Anna Christmann, commissioner of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection for Digital Economy and Startups, presented us with the Digital Innovations Startup Award at the "Forum Digitale Technologien" in Berlin. The award is the result of a two-phase application process and a selection by a jury of experts from 227 applications. The following criteria were taken into account in the assessment:
- Experience and qualifications of the participants or the team
- Innovation, customer benefit, unique position and market potential of the product or service
- Comprehensibility and feasibility of the startup concept

We are delighted to receive the award, which comes with prize money of 7,000 euros, mentoring and a strong network. In fact, we were already nominated in the summer round 2023, but now we were able to fully convince the expert jury with a revised submission in the winter round 2024.
