Articles of association signed
On January 11, 2023, Raphael, Ramin, Lukas and Florian, together with mentor Prof. Dr. Steffen Staab and Ruben Maier, signed the articles of association at a notary in Stuttgart.
The signed contract is now the basis for Semanux GmbH in formation. For us, this is a major step towards taking Semanux from a university spin-off to a full-fledged company:

With the participation of Prof. Dr. Steffen Staab and Ruben Maier, our company can rely on both scientific expertise and entrepreneurial experience from the very beginning. We have already introduced Steffen to you in a detailed interview in the last year. Ruben is a lecturer and consultant for product development and business setup. He supports us in defining Semanux's business and sales strategies and provides contacts and insights into industry applications.
