We are excited to welcome Semanux to our group of companies. Semanux's solutions fit perfectly with our vision of developing more of our own digital products and AI solutions in Germany and the European Union so that people in all countries of the world can communicate without barriers - 100% data and information secure. With the strategic acquisition of technology expert Semanux, we have gained an innovative partner in the forward-looking fields of barrier-free control and artificial intelligence that will be a powerful addition to our expertise.

Semanux will continue to develop the product range (Semanux Access, Focus and SDK) with the same team of computer scientists and AI specialists, but new AI-based solutions will also be developed for the entire group of companies. Semanux's accessible control solutions will be seamlessly integrated into existing products from alfaview, alfatraining and EML Speech Technology.

Joining the alfa corporate group is an exciting new chapter for Semanux. The close cooperation with alfaview, alfatraining and EML will help us to further advance our technological innovations and open up new markets. We look forward to further developing the topic of inclusion and accessibility in the technology and education landscape.
